Wella BlondorPlex bleaching powder is a unique bleaching powder with bond builder technology. It reduces hair breakage by up to 97% with the same lightening effect compared to other bleaching powders and vegan formulations.

Application:
- Mix the powder with the desired oxidant and apply to the hair. Leave until the desired lightening is achieved, but for a maximum of 50 minutes without heat. Then rinse the hair thoroughly. Finish the application with WellaPley No 2.
