The Schwarzkopf Natural Styling Hydrowave Neutraliser for Classic 0-1 - 1000 ml is a hair fixative that, together with the corresponding developer lotion, completes the conversion of the hair to a perm. This fixative is optimally matched to all alkaline wave products from this label and gives resilient and normal hair clearly defined waves and curls. With the Hydrowave Neutralizer, you can achieve considerable root volume and the sealed shape of the hair means that the perm will last for a long time.

Application
