Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ 450g
Dust-free bleaching powder. High-performance bleaching for maximum lightening. Powerful yet gentle.
- up to 9 levels of brightening

Mixing:
- Mix the desired amount of powder with the BlondMe Premium Developer 2%, 6% or 9% until a uniform, creamy consistency is achieved.
- The mixing ratio varies from 1:1.5 to 1:2.5, e.g. mix 1 measuring spoon (35 g) of Premium Lightener 9+ with 50 – 90 g of Premium Developer.
- Exposure time: 20 – 45 minutes.
- Do not apply artificial heat using a steam or drying hood to shorten the exposure time.
Application:
- Apply the finished mixture immediately to the hair.
- To achieve the best possible color result, use enough bleaching product and apply it evenly to the hair.
- Avoid overlapping the application of the product on already lightened hair.
- Rinse, shampoo and condition hair thoroughly after use.
